Refund & Replacement Policy

1. Eligibility

Refunds/replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrect items; or if not delivered within 45 days.

2. Non-Eligible Items

No returns for hygiene items, digital goods, customized products, or misuse damage.

3. Time Frame

Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Approved refunds processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Process

  1. Email support@globaljunction.store with order ID, photos, and issue.
  2. Verification with supplier.
  3. If approved, refund or replacement issued.

5. Cancellations

Allowed within 12 hours after payment if product not shipped.

6. Late/Missing Refunds

If refund not received within 7 working days, check with your bank. Contact us for help.

7. Supplier Returns

Do not return items directly to parcel address unless instructed.

8. Damaged/Wrong Claims

Provide unboxing video/photos showing damage. Missing proof may void eligibility.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this policy anytime without notice.
